HOW IT WORKS

1. Log in or register as a new user on nekarjewels.com.
2. Identify products on our website, add them to your cart (buy this item). Indicate quantity per product and check out.
3.  Before confirming order, pls ensure you choose 'bank transfer' as preferred payment option, also indicate in your comment 'distributor deal'.
4. We will edit your order and provide you the distributor total cost.
5. Your order will be processed once part payment is received.

• PAY ON DELIVERY OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR DISTRIBUTOR DEAL PACKAGE. A PART PAYMENT IS ADVISED TO SHOW COMMITMENT FROM THE CUSTOMER.

                             HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT
There are two payment options available when making your order on our website:

• Bank Transfer.
• Cash on Delivery.

By selecting bank transfer the account details of a nekar jewels representative will display. You can either pay in by electronic transfer (ibanking or quickteller) OR pay in with teller in the banking hall. Pls ensure you indicate the same name (full name) used to register on our website for bank transaction(s). Once part payment has been received, the customer will pay balance payment on collection of his/her goods.

PRICE REVIEW

Prices will be reviewed for orders with large quantities and maybe reviewed for constant orders from customer.

WHEN AND HOW DO I RECEIVE MY GOODS?
Once part payment has been received, your order will be processed with immediate effect. Receipt of goods can take up to 2- 4 weeks depending on supplier or other shipping and handling factors. We advise customers to be patient during this period of waiting on arrival of goods.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DONT RECEIVE MY GOODS?
If you don’t receive your goods after the specified time period of 2-4 weeks. A full refund of part payment will be remitted to customer.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH TO PAY FOR PART PAYMENT?
Normally we collect 10% of the total cost of order, but this may be reviewed from time to time.
                                                ADDITONAL CHARGES/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Additional charges may include:

1. Shipping Rate: This most times may not apply and always minimal if it does apply.
2. Clearing Rate: This depends on the number of orders or categories of products per supplier. A fixed charge of N500 applies per supplier. In a situation when a customer is buying from more than one supplier. Our team will support such customers so they don’t have to pay much but a minimal and subsidized amount.
3. Delivery Rate: Delivery within Lagos is N400. Outside Lagos is at least N1500
