Argentina, Nigeria qualify from Group F

The Super Eagles of Nigeria, have qualified for the knock-out stage of the 2014 World Cup, despite losing 3-2 to Argentina.
Lionel Messi opened scoring as early as the second minute, lashing home a loose ball in the area. Ahmed Musa replied instantly, with a superb curling finish two minutes later. Messi restored Argentina’s lead shortly before the interval, with a majestic free-kick that left Vincent Enyeama rooted to the spot.
In the second half, Emmanuel Emenike sent Musa sprinting away and the winger was composed enough to beat Romero and level the scores. The Eagles defence was caught napping moments later and Marcos Rojo kneed in the winner for the South Americans, who finish on top with nine points.
Bosnia-Herzegovina beat Iran 3-1 in the other game, with Edin Dzeko, Miralem Pjanic and Avdija Vrsajevic scoring to deny the Asians the chance to qualify from Group F.
