Tinsel: Season 5 Episode 957

Fred gives a looooong speech about how much Sheila means to him and how they’ve been through so much together. He ends it with “I trust you with my life”, while Sheila’s response was less dramatic to Fred’s surprise: “I don’t know what all that means”. Fred pulls her to the side that he just wants to show her his affection. She tells him money means nothing to her and it’s not a show of affection. While they’re talking Joanne walks in with a guy, surprising Sheila. Sheila goes to her to ask her why she came to the party uninvited. Joanne doesn’t give an answer she just gives cryptic statements. Amaka tells Fred and Sheila that their company account has been hacked and the police have traced the hackers server to their house and are heading over.

Dan and Otta are laughing and reminiscing at the bar about their time in prison. Titi asks them to keep it down because the customers don’t want to hear about their prison stories. This spurs Otta to say his goodbyes. Dan asks Titi what happened to the tax documents that were in his office. She tells him after the auditors left when Dan was in jail they took them along. Back in the office Dan goes through the documents and realizes that Titi did not pay taxes the whole time he was in jail. She claims she had too much to do. Dan tells her he’s going to hire Otta, who is an accountant, to sort out everything. Titi asks him why he would want to hire a convicted fraudster to work for them. Dan tells her that he’s the one in charge and he will hire whoever he wants. Kaneng comes to the bar to see Dan. She tells him the time to testify against Masters is fast approaching and he will need to start getting prepared with the District Attorney. She has bad news for Dan; Masters lawyers are lobbying for the reduction of the charges against him, from attempted murder to assault.
Harriett tells Bimpe she needs to get Soji back on board with BimJi. Bimpe goes to see Soji about why he wouldn’t work with Kwame. She suggests because he’s still in love with Telema. She tells him to forget the past and focus on the task at hand. He tells her that Kwame’s way isn’t pure. He doesn’t trust his business ways. Bimpe tells him that they owe a lot of money which must be paid or else they would say their way is not pure. Soji goes to complain to Chuks and Chuks advises him to swallow his pride and work with Kwame. While Bimpe is reporting her meeting with Soji to Harriett, Soji calls her and tells her that he will do the show
