Thou shall not mess with the boss. EME runaway act Wizkid, surprised a lot of people by showing up at Banky W's album launch yesterday which took place at the Civic Centre. According to THE NET, Wizkid showed up at the event two hours after the concert had started with his girlfriend- Tani and a body guard.
Wizkid however did not receive any rousing ovation
from fans and Banky didn't even acknowledge his presence. "He did not
get a rousing welcome from fans nor a mention from Banky W. The event’s
MC, Seyi Law also did not acknowledge him" report THE NET. Wizzy and his entourage left the event a few minutes past 1 a.m in a red BMW car with license plate W. Wizkid and Banky W have been arguing over the past few months concerning the young pop star's contract with EME. Frustrated that he is not getting what he wants, the young pop star has been throwing subliminal messages online and has floated his own label- Star Boy Ent which can be seen in producer Maleek Berry's music video- 'The Matter'.
