While the President was giving a passionate speech, the conversations on Twitter went into crude stereotypes, ignorance, and blatant racism. Bigotry reared its ugly head, and a moment of triumph turned into a moment of head-shaking.
It is quite sad to see something like this and thus it begs the question: When will racism stop in America? The tweets which were trending on the social network seemed to have originated from primary schools, secondary schools and university students.
It is quite a pity to see our young ones engulfed in this and that calls up the question again: When will racism end?
Racism will never end. There are always going to be idiots who have radical beliefs and say stupid things. They are only a tiny percentage of the population though. There is no reason to seek out the idiots when there are plenty of good people to be friends with. Just ignore the racist fools.
